Wild Turkey Fingers

1 wild turkey breast

flour

lemon pepper

salt and pepper

vegetable oil

Cavenders seasoning

Remove wild turkey breast and de-bone. Slice turkey breast into long strips, approximately one inch wide and one half inch thick. Place flour, salt and pepper, Cavenders seasoning and lemon pepper in a paper bag and shake vigorously to coat thoroughly. Heat vegetable oil and drop turkey fingers into oil and cook until golden brown.
