Wild Pork

3 - 4 pounds pork loin roast

2 large onions, sliced

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

2 teaspoons salt (to taste)

1 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)

1 quart sauerkraut (drained)

1 tablespoon caraway seed

1 can beef broth

6 potatoes (boiled and mashed)

Using a six quart crock pot put in pork and all ingredients, but not kraut, caraway seeds and potatoes and cook on low for six hours. Then add kraut and caraway seed and cook an additional one to two hours until done. Serve over potatoes that have been boiled and mashed.
