Venison Log

5 pounds venison, ground

1 teaspoon peppercorns

3 teaspoons garlic salt

3 teaspoons mustard seed

1-1/2 teaspoons hickory smoke

5 teaspoons onion salt

Mix well. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Roll into logs and bake four and one half hours at 175 degrees on a broiler pan. Let stand one hour. Refrigerate or freeze.
