Venison Fried Rice

1/2 to 1 pound ground venison

1 cup chopped broccoli

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup chopped onion

3/4 cup bean sprouts

3 tablespoons peanut butter

2 tablespoons cooking oil

3 cups cooled cooked rice (If you want to cool rice quickly you can rinse it with cold water and drain.)

4 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

dash of salt

1 egg, beaten

Saute vegetables in cooking oil in a large skillet until cooked but still a little bit crunchy. Add soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder and pepper. Clear a space in the middle of the pan and add egg. Stir until egg is cooked and then combine with vegetables. Add peanut butter. Add ground venison. Stir until cooked through. Add cooked rice.

Stir until heated through.
