Venison B-B-Q

1 venison roast (2-1/2 to 3 pounds)

4 beef bouillon cubes

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

1 large onion, quartered

Cut venison, place in crock pot with water and beef bouillon cubes. Add chili powder, barbecue sauce and ketchup. Add quartered onion, salt and pepper. Cook overnight on low heat.
