Sweet and Sour Rabbit-2

1 rabbit, cut in one inch pieces

1 can bamboo shoots

1 can water chestnuts

1 can pineapple chunks (drain and save syrup)

1 can mushrooms

4 green onions

1 green pepper, cut into strips

2 chicken bouillon cubes

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons corn starch

1/4 cup vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup Drakes Mix

1/2 cup milk

1 egg

1 inch oil in a pan

Mix milk and egg, dip rabbit in mixture then into Drakes Mix. Stir fry in hot oil for one minute or until brown. Set aside. Simmer one cup water, bouillon and one and one half teaspoon salt for a few minutes. Add and stir fry bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, green peppers, green onions and mushrooms. In a separate pan combine brown sugar and corn starch, add pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce and salt. Mix until bubbly and serve over rice.
