Shish Kebab

1 pound sheep meat cut into 1-1/2 inch cubes

3 medium tomatoes

3 bell peppers

2 onions, white medium

salt and pepper to taste

1 medium lemon (may substitute oil/vinegar salad dressing)

After cutting meat into cubes, place meat and one sliced onion into a container. Squeeze lemon onto meat and mix, this will serve to soften meat's fibers, especially if it's wild game. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let mix sit and marinate for two hours.

After meat has marinated, find some sturdy dry sticks to use as skewers. You should skewer tomatoes, peppers and remaining onions separately since they'll all cook at different rates.

Place skewers onto "Y" shaped branched forks and above flames. Keep an eye on the cooking so nothing burns.

When everything is cooked, remove from skewers. Make pita bread sandwiches.
