Rabbit Marsala

2 rabbits, cut up

1/2 cup flour

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon Chinese 5 spices blend

1/4 teaspoon MSG

1/4 teaspoon salt

dash paprika

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon chopped onion

1 ounce marsala wine

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet

Mix all spices with flour in a bag and shake several pieces of rabbit at a time. Brown rabbit in butter over medium heat. Reduce heat, add onion, marsala wine and soup. Simmer for one half hour.

For gravy add Kitchen Bouquet.
