Rabbit Cottontail

2 cottontail rabbits

1/2 cup butter

salt

pepper

1 cup Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon onion flakes

water

cinnamon

Cut rabbits into five pieces, front quarters, hind quarters and back.

Place rabbits in a glass pan and add one half cup melted butter, 1 cup Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and one tablespoon onion flakes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

After 35 minutes take out, add one cup water and sprinkle cinnamon lightly over rabbits. Bake another 35 minutes or until meat is tender.
