Quail and Rice Delight

12 quail breasts

12 pair quail legs

1 cup brown rice, uncooked

1 cup cream of mushroom soup

1 cup water

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon garlic

1/2 teaspoon parsley

1/2 teaspoon dried chopped onion

1 pound bacon

Line inside of a glass dish, approximately 14x9x2 inches, with bacon slices. Spread uncooked rice over bacon slices. Salt and pepper quail pieces and place them on bed of rice. Combine liquid and dry ingredients then pour over layers of bacon, rice and quail. Cover dish with foil and cook for three hours in a 300 degree oven.
