Moose And Broccoli

1 pound moose, cut into bite size cubes

1 large onion, cut into bite size pieces

1 pound broccoli, stalks thinly sliced, flowerets cut into bite size pieces

1/4 cup oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons corn starch

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon each: salt, pepper and garlic powder

1-1/2 cups water

Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic powder in water and set aside. Heat one third oil in skillet, stir fry broccoli flowerets for two minutes, remove and set aside in large bowl. Heat one third oil in skillet and stir fry broccoli stalks and onions about three minutes, remove and add to flowerets. Heat remaining oil, brown moose on all sides, add seasoning mixture and simmer until thick. Add broccoli and onions and heat through thoroughly.

Serve over rice.
