Liver Patties

1 pound elk liver

2 tablespoons dry onion

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

2 eggs

2 cups prepared dry bread crumbs

Grind liver, drain off any excess liquid. Stir in eggs, dry onion, salt, pepper, and seasoning salt. Add dry bread crumbs and stir to mix. Shape into patties and fry as you would hamburger patties.
