3 - 5 pounds meat

10 ounce bottle Worcestershire sauce

10 ounce bottle soy sauce

10 ounces hot water

5 teaspoons each: seasoning salt, Accent and onion salt

1-1/2 teaspoons black pepper

1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

Slice meat one eighth to one fourth inch thick and trim off any fat. Dissolve spices in hot water. Add soy and Worcestershire sauce. Marinate meat overnight (eight or ten hours). Air dry slices on oven or smoker racks for about one hour. Dry in smoker eight to ten hours or in oven at lowest possible setting with door open three to five inches, for three to five hours.

Marinate may be kept refrigerated and used for two or three batches.
