1-1/2 pounds meat (trimmed)

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/4 teaspoon each: pepper, oregano, marjoram, basil, thyme and garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons Liquid Smoke

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Slice meat into one fourth inch thick slices along the grain. Place in a shallow dish.

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over steak strips. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 150 degrees.

Line bottom of baking pan with aluminum foil, lay meat strips on foil and place in oven. Prop oven door open with a pencil. Bake eight to 12 hours or until meat is dry and chewy.
