Grouse Bake

4 breasted birds, soaked overnight in salt water

1/2 stick butter

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/3 cup Italian dressing

1/2 cup Holland House Tom Collins drink mixer

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.

Arrange birds in a casserole dish. Blend above ingredients and baste birds. Cover and bake 50 to 60 minutes or until done, basting often. Serve with white or wild rice.
