Groundhog Casserole

1 - 1-1/2 cups cleaned, cooked and cut up groundhog

1/2 cup water

1 can beef broth

2-1/2 cups noodles

1 tablespoon corn starch

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 cup frozen peas

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Combine water and beef broth in a two quart saucepan. Add noodles and cook until tender. To cooked noodles add salt, pepper and butter. Use corn starch to thicken mixture. Combine peas and onion, cook until tender and drain. In a one and a half to two quart casserole dish combine noodle mixture, peas, onions and groundhog. Can be topped with buttered bread crumbs, or onion rings or left plain.

Can be heated through in an oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or in microwave for three to four minutes on high setting. Keep covered.
