Easy Duck Gumbo

Skin several duck breasts, cut into pieces and season well with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Brown in butter with chopped onion and bell pepper. Put into crock pot with one can stewed tomatoes (chopped in small pieces), and one can chicken gumbo. If you need more liquid to cover meat, add a can of chicken and rice soup. Cook on medium heat for two to four hours, depending on how much meat is used, can cook on low all day until the evening meal. Good dish to start at the beginning of a very busy day. Serve over rice.
