Ducks In A Garden

2 ducks

2 pound package frozen mixed vegetables

3 apples, cored and quartered

2 stalks celery, cut in 3 inch pieces

1 pound carrots, cut in 4 inch pieces

3 large onions, peeled and quartered

4 slices bacon, cut in half

1 can condensed mushroom soup

2 tablespoons flour

salt and pepper to taste

Shake two tablespoons flour in Brown-n-Bag and place in 2 inch deep roasting pan. Place vegetables in an even layer on bottom of bag. Salt and pepper to taste. Place ducks breast up on top of vegetables. Place onions, carrots, celery and apples around ducks. Place bacon pieces over ducks and vegetables. Ladle mushroom soup over top of everything. Tie bag firmly and punch four to five holes in top of bag. Place in 350 degree pre-heated oven for one hour and 20 minutes.
