Crockpot Brunswick Stew

2 squirrels, cleaned

2-3 celery stalks, cut to fit into crockpot

2-3 carrots, cut to fit into crockpot

1 large onion, quartered

Place squirrels and vegetables into crockpot. Add water to fill crockpot. Cook on low setting 8 to 12 hours. Discard vegetables, retaining liquid stock. Remove meat from squirrels, discarding bones.

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 large onion, chopped

2 carrots, sliced

2 celery stalks, sliced

2 - 3 potatoes, diced

1 (16 ounce) can whole tomatoes

1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn

3/4 - 1 (18 ounce) bottle Kraft Thick 'n' Spicy Hickory Smoke barbecue sauce

Place all ingredients into crock pot. Add retained liquid stock.

Cook six hours on low setting.
