Creamed Groundhog

1 medium groundhog, quartered

4 medium potatoes, quartered

2 large carrots, diced

1 large onion, sliced

1 cup celery, chopped

1 can cream of mushroom soup

salt and pepper to taste

Boil groundhog until meat has fallen off bone, and liquid and meat is of a gravy-like consistency. This will clean the meat. Place meat and vegetables in a baking dish. Add cream of mushroom soup diluted with 1 soup can milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for one and one half hours or until meat falls off bones at the touch of a fork.
