Beaver Barbecue

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

1 small or medium beaver

1-2 cans Manwich sauce

3-4 tablespoons baking soda

Cut up beaver still on bone, so that it can be boiled in a pan. Add baking soda, to help remove all fat from meat (fat has a bitter taste). Boil 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse meat thoroughly. Place it in a pan in oven, covered with lid or foil. Bake until meat flakes from bone. Add a can or two of Manwich. Serve hot on a bun! The larger the beaver the more Manwich you might want to add.
