Barbecue Armadillo

1 armadillo, dressed

1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce

1 cup barbecue sauce

1/4 cup dark molasses

1/4 cup hot barbecue sauce

1 diced onion

2 tablespoons vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

Pressure cook or pot boil armadillo until meat falls from bones, using as little water as possible. Remove bones and break meat into small pieces. Drain broth, set aside. Add remaining ingredients to meat and simmer 30 minutes. Stir often. If too thick, add some reserved broth.
